The Initial Franchise Fee includes the Bagel Boss pre-opening training. This is held at one of our Long Island, NY area locations during the course of three weeks. We cover bagel production, beverage and food preparation, daily operations processes, local marketing, staffing recommendations, financial oversight and management for your Bagel Boss. We offer additional training and support on-site in your location before you open. On-going we provide refresher training, education, mentorship and guidance for development of your local Bagel Boss shop.

Currently, the range of investment is from $461,166 to $663,524 which includes the $40,000 initial franchise fee. Other estimated costs include equipment, fit out, insurance deposits, Grand Opening Marketing and 3-months of working capital.

Yes! We have specific site criteria and help evaluate sites for your shop. Our unique designs can be customized to fit any location.
This depends how quickly you find a site and sign a lease, but typically in about 6 months. This may be reduced by finding pre-built restaurant space that can be updated to meet our requirements.
Yes, our owners should be involved the day-to-day operations in a management role.
Yes. We will allow qualified candidates to operate multiple shops and we offer initial franchise fee discounts for commitments to open 3, 5 or 10 shops up front.
We typically have 6 to 9 employees per shift depending on volume and time of day.
